Mihalis Safras Compiles 5 Years Of Material Series

Mihalis Safras has appeared on a variety of European labels over the years, but since 2007 he's also managed Material Series and its two sub-labels, Playmobile Series and Saf Series. Rather than putting together a collection highlighting the acts that have appeared on Material (Italoboyz, Samuel Session, Lee Van Dowski, etc.), the Greek DJ and producer will celebrate its anniversary with a release that showcases his own productions. 5 Years of Material Series features nine previously unreleased tracks by Safras spread over two records, plus a third record with 35 individual loops—"a loop for every one of the 35 Material releases," he says. "For DJs, this should provide hours and hours of mixing fun."
